Customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, due to hygiene concerns, we don't offer exchanges and refunds for used or opened products.
No Refund shall be made once products are sold. A product may be eligible for return or exchange within 24 hours from the time of product delivery if the sold product is received in a physically damaged condition by the customer or missing few products from the order placed.
You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving the order, and we will try to help you to replace the order at the earliest.
